that looks like a frying pan. are you sure you weren't making pan-fried chicken?
hahaha... no. i was indeed using a frying pan, but it works really well in the oven as a roasting pan too.
so resourceful you are.
looks delish' either way, actually.
i made some chicken salad the other day that was amazing (Noel had me put beets in part of it, and i haven't tried that version; it's all pink now and that kinda freaks me out...)!
yesterday i made a rice & chicken bake that was good. and i found some fish in the freezer so maybe on my next day off i'll make that. Mmm.
